This includes working as a Project Manager/ Senior Engineer in environmental consultancy and site investigation as both geologist/ site agent (including as senior geologist on former Department of Transport projects) in a variety of both brown and greenfield investigations throughout the UK including overwater, difficult access and confined working. Alison has extensive geological experience of BS5903, British Coal fracture logging schemes and assorted experimental schemes for Mercia Mudstone, Coal Measures, Lias, Chalk, Old Red Sandstone, Millstone Grit and granites, including all post-glacial deposits with extensive experience of Peat and Made Ground. Alison has carried out 40+ environmental reviews (similar to feasibility studies) quantifying both physical and human impacts." |
