With a hire fleet of 120 modern cranes capable of lifting from five to 650 tonnes, WELDEX are recognised as leaders in their field. Based in Inverness and with a network of depots in Glasgow, Derbyshire, London and Dublin, WELDEX are able to offer heavy lifting services throughout the UK and crawler crane hire to the rest of the world.

Key markets are the oil, renewable energy and construction industries where crane hire and skilled operators with wide experience of demanding heavy lift tasks are essential. Their expertise has seen WELDEX land contracts in Africa, Siberia, Mauritius, Norway, Denmark, France, Holland, Portugal, Tunisia, Ireland and across the UK. The skills and expertise accumulated by WELDEX in the onshore and offshore oil and gas industries are now also being transferred to renewable energy contracts for wind and wave power projects.
