HI-energy news 6 - Spring 2008

Welcome to the latest HI-energy newsletter

In this edition of HI-energy news we visit the Outer Hebrides, where Lews Castle College has some exciting news in terms of its newly launched qualification in renewable energy and its research and teaching facility, the hydrogen lab. You will also be able to catch up on the progress of the proposed wave power station at Siadar Bay and read about the community energy conference held on Uist in January. HI-energy news also gets a glimpse into the career and life of Jimmy Ferguson, managing director of Camcal at Arnish and Highland Alternative Energy Ltd.

As always, we are very keen to include your news in HI-energy news, so please let us know if you have any interesting stories to tell. Also if you have any ideas about what we should be including in the newsletter, we would love to hear them.
