The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) invites expressions of interest for the design, build, finance and operation of the Wind Turbine(s) contract notice.
Work will comprise of the design, build, finance and operation of a wind turbine for the London 2012 Olympic Games site in Stratford, east London. This wind turbine located in the north of the Olympic Park will be approximately 2 - 2.5MW, and a total height of 130m. The wind turbine is a key piece of infrastructure and will provide a major part of ODA’s renewables obligations.
The deadline for the receipt of expressions of interest and completed PQQ submissions is 12:00 noon on Wednesday 9th April 2008.
An industry day is being arranged and further details will be available on the London 2012 website.

Expressions sent by any other means will not be accepted. Those expressing an interest must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and are advised to submit expressions of interest (EOI) at the earliest opportunity in order to allow sufficient time for completion of the PQQ.
Please note that interested bidders must meet the ODA's mandatory pre-qualification requirements. Those successful in qualification will be invited to tender.
